Stealth Arms’ new double-stack pistol based on the 1911, Series 70 platform. The 9mm Platypus™️ works with Glock® 17 magazines while maintaining the 1911 grip angle. The frame and grip are one piece and machined from 7075 aluminum, this revolutionary design provides the 1911 grip angle, ergonomics and uses arguably the most reliable and available pattern magazine on the market.
This full-size government length pistol configured by Rainier Arms has the most popular options to make this configuration what you are looking for. We added the funnel magwell for faster reloads and to protect the frame, this also provides an additional grip area on the bottom of the grip for those with large hands. While the magwell adds in performance, some extended base-pads may not be compatible. The barrel, bushing and reverse plug are nitride finished providing a hard corrosion resistant finish and durability. The RMR optic cut is a supported design, meaning the footprint also allows easy manipulation to the rear slide serrations.
